Shipping Conditions
Delivery is available within Germany (domestic)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipment weight:

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight shipping), the following applies: Orders of 100 kg or more are shipped on pallets. Prices are based on current daily rates from DACHSER or Schenker, requested individually per pallet from the carrier. Corresponding carrier quotes are provided for full transparency.
Bulky items are indicated as such in the product description.
International deliveries:

Delivery Times:
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) are made within 1–5 days, and international deliveries within 5–21 days after conclusion of contract (or after receipt of your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship all goods in a single consignment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest lead time in your order.

In the event of cancellation or non-payment within 14 days of invoicing, a cancellation fee of 5% of the invoice amount will be charged.
